The readiness score is a weighted composite of five wellness metrics, based on sports science literature on subjective wellness monitoring (Saw et al., 2016).
Weights: Sleep Quality (30%), Energy (20%), Muscle Soreness (20%), Stress (15%), Mood (15%)
Interpretation: 70-100% = fully recovered, 40-69% = moderate, below 40% = prioritize rest.
